Devotional Reading Guide

Many of us struggle to regularly study our Bibles. The scriptures command that the Christian study to show themselves approved to God (2 Timothy 2:15). The concept of studying goes beyond just reading God’s word and having a knowledge of it. Studying requires diligence and it requires application of what we read. One important ‘type’ of Bible study that we sometimes overlook is what we might call “devotional” Bible Study, or study that helps us devote ourselves to the service of God.
